The system already captures and dates consent, keeps a three-year consent record, and supports export and erasure. What is missing is the legal text describing it.

Two things need answering before this page is written: whether the entity requires a Data Protection Centre licence for cross-border transfer, and which company name and address are correct — the questionnaire and the current website disagree.
